Due to the expert knowledge Robert has about the real estate market in Romania, he can guide the client so that the project is a success.

After defining the architectural concept, the project follows the authorization and execution stages.

The Top Stone team has extensive experience in providing integrated services, so we take care of all the formalities and technical documentation to obtain the authorization of the project on behalf of the client.

The completion of the project and its authorization by the Romanian authorities represents the beginning of the financial investment.

Top Stone can also make available to each client a dedicated Project Manager. Thus, the project can be professionally supervised by the representative of the beneficiary.
